On campus registration includes lodging, linens, registration fee, and meals for the duration of the conference.

Please make your own reservations with Quality Inn at 1-304-325-6170. Also, the $50 registration fee per person is a usage fee charged to us by the college.

If off campus how many cafeteria tickets would you like us to order? It's $72.50 per person (kids 2 and under free!).

If you're staying off-campus, you can get meals on campus by letting us know here. The cost covers breakfast ($5 per meal), lunch ($5.50 per meal), and dinner ($9 per meal).

This includes a new food service and Starbucks coffee!
